CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED?
There is a very small window for changes to be made to an order, with that we only accept changes within the first hour of placing your order.
If you have entered the wrong address, please email sunriotswim@outlook.com to see if we are able to change it before it is sent! If you have already received a tracking number, we recommend giving Australia Post a call and asking them to redirect it.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please double check you have spelt your email address correctly and check your junk mail folder. If you have still not received an email please email us at sunriotswim@outlook.com and we can look into it for you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PACK AND SEND MY ORDER?
We will always try our best to get your kini enroute asap, typically all orders are dispatched by the following business day. Please note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday. As we are a small label please be patient during any sales or peak periods where dispatch could take up to 1-2 business days.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Please view our SIZE CHART. If you are in between sizes or unsure, we recommend going up a size as our cuts run on the cheekier side. Please also refer to the Size & Fit description on each styles product page for extra information. We understand each woman has a unique body shape and different personal preferences for how each style sits on their body - if you are still needing help please email us at sunriotswim@outlook.com before placing your order.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SWIM?
To keep your swimwear lasting summers to come we recommend:
- Rinse your swimwear in fresh cold water with a gentle cleanser promptly after wear
- Hang or lay your pieces flat on a clean surface in the shade immediately after rinsing
- Ensure your swimwear is completely dry before storing it away
- Please be mindful that exposure to sunscreens, tanning oils, and excessive chlorine may damage or discolour your swimwear
- Avoid rough surfaces to prevent pulling and snagging
