We want you to love your Sun Riot pieces, which is why we offer store credit for change of mind, size changes and style changes, provided the return satisfies the following requirements: 

  • The return must be sent back within 14 business days of delivery date
  • The item must be returned in its original product bag, in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled. It should have all tags and the hygiene liner still attached, with no odors (including perfumes), stains, marks, or damage. For hygiene reasons, all bottoms should be tried on with underwear.

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.

Please choose carefully, at this time we are unable to offer refunds for items that you wish to return.

Sale items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned for either exchange, credit or refund.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Ensure your item satisfies our returns criteria
  2. Email sunriotswim@outlook.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 24-48hrs.
  3. Ensure you ship it back to us within 14 days of your date of delivery.

Once your return is received, a store credit will be issued to you which will be valid for 1 year.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We do not offer free returns, all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail to ensure it reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returns. Any returned items that are not received by Sun Riot will not be processed.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Sun Riot makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a store credit or refund for the out of stock item.

Returns associated with a size change or style change will be subject to availability of remaining stock.

FAULTS

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package at sunriotswim@outlook.com with photographic evidence and details of the issue found.

Sun Riot reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the item/s. ​Sun Riot does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.

HONOURING WELCOME DISCOUNT

If you place your first order using our welcome discount code and would like to return your item in exchange for a store credit, we will honour the discount off your first order in this instance. Please contact us at sunriotswim@outlook.com and we will provide you with a new welcome code to be used in conjunction with your store credit.

RETURNS AFTER SALE PROMOTIONS

If you purchase your item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.

DUPLICATE ITEMS ORDERED

If you have accidentally ordered the same item more than once, please email us at sunriotswim@outlook.com to request a return / refund. Please note that all refunds will incur a payment processor fee. 

HELP! I NEED MY NEW SIZE/ITEM URGENTLY

If you are needing a size or style exchange but need your new order urgently we may be able to accomodate.

You may be able to place a new order for the correct size or style before receiving your store credit for your return. Please email as at sunriotswim@outlook.com to see if this can be arranged. Please do not proceed without contacting us first.

Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed instead of a store credit. If your new order value is less than your original order, a store credit will be issued for the difference. Please note, in the instance the item/s is returned and it does not satisfy the return policy the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense even if you completed your new order.
