Please note that the shipping fee charged by Sun Riot solely covers the cost of shipping the item(s) from our facility to the designated delivery address. It is important for customers to understand that this fee does not include any international taxes, customs duties, or any other fees that may be required by the destination country.

All responsibilities for additional charges - including but not limited to taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with the collection of the parcel - rest with the recipient. Our company is not responsible for any such additional costs that may arise during the process of shipping and delivery. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we highly recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for further information on the specifics of these charges.

Failed delivery due to incorrect, absent or misspelt postal addresses provided at checkout are at the fault of the customer. In these instances, a replacement or refund will not be sent.

If the package is delivered to an incorrect address, the customer will need to contact Australia Post to attempt to retrieve the package. If the package is returned to our warehouse, a store credit will be issued however this credit will not include the initial shipping cost and any additional return shipping costs that may have incurred upon its return to sender.

Parcels that have been attempted delivery and are not claimed by the customer within the allocated time frame, will generally be returned to us by your local postal service. In this situation, the customer will be liable for the unclaimed package. Order still in transit? Australia Post experience the odd delay every so often. Once your order is sent it is within the hands of the postal company to chase for updates, feel free to reach out to Australia Post Support.

• Sun Riot is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
• Sun Riot is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network. 
• Again, Sun Riot is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post especially during high volume seasons or other events. We have provided the best delivery estimations available.

Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are released or restocked. Once the product becomes available, we will ship it accordingly and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when this happens. No refunds will be given for incorrectly reading the Pre-Order information.

Orders containing one or more pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped out first, please email us to arrange this.
